Need to cancel or reschedule??
We understand that life gets busy and sometime your plans might change…we just ask that you give us enough notice so that we can open your slot to someone who may be waiting to get it.
For individual appointments, we require give us 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
For groups of 3 or more, we require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
For cancellations/changes with less than the required notice, we reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the price.
